Tinder Coils
Inspired by a tutorial for a quick deploy paracord bracelet, I came up with the "Tinder Coil".
A fast deploy braiding of jute twine that can easily be attached to gear/packs/key chains, etc.
Each Tinder Coil uses 5ft of jute twine, which could be used as cordage if needed, but it's primary purpose is to assist in fire making. When frayed out and made into a 'birds nest', the jute takes a spark or ember very quickly.
