Backpacking Utensils
Here is a clever idea for making your own camping utensils from a common spoon and fork.
The person who made it states that to make it, he first cut the utensils to desired length then drilled a hole in the end of the handle and fed the paracord through the hole and tied a larks head knot to create a loop.
Next, he ran the working ends down the shaft, and cobra weaved back up.
I'm not entirely sure how he made a larks head knot work to create the loop at the top, or if he mis-named the knot he used, but certainly there are many ways of creating a loop in the middle of cordage.
As simple as it is, I think they look great, and by incorporating the biner, they can easily be clipped to your pack for safe keeping.
