"Official" S.F. Outdoors Club Pack
Behold the current (and first ever) "Official" pack of the S.F. Outdoors Club.
The "Georgina Canvas Daypack" by WOODS™.
This came about as Andrew needed to replace his INCH (I'm Never Coming Home) bag with something more practical. We made a trip to Canadian Tire together and discovered this little gem for $39.99.
Andrew picked one up and gave it a shot. When camping this past week (trip report will be posted here once I recieve the pictures Andrew took), I asked him if I could try it on fully loaded. Upon trying it out, I was amazed at how comfortable it was, even with more weight than we would normally pack into our packs!
Measuring 19 L x 12 W x 6" H (53 x 28 x 17.8 cm), this pack is just right for the average light weight or ultralight weight backpacker. The straps are the most comfortable I have ever worn, and the material the pack is made from is easy repairable if needed.
Woods™ also makes another version of this pack they call the "Frobisher Canvas Daypack" which contains 2 side pockets instead of the front pocket.
The dimensions are a bit smaller (17 L x 13 W x 5-1/2" (43 x 33 x 13 cm))
and the price point is a bit higher at $59.99, but it does look pretty nice too.
